    @Worm @Poohdini there is no doubt that it's easy to prove he was there and he set it up, but they need absolute proof of the murder to convict him. because murder is a stigmatic offence, and you need to prove beyond any reasonable doubt that he is the one who pulled the trigger. being an accessory to murder is a lesser offence.

    i don't know all the facts and i'll look them up in 5 hours when i finish this final, but based on the ones worm just posted, it's clear he set it up and he was there, but they need to prove he physically killed the guy too.

    i mean, we all know that he killed him, but you need to prove it if you're gonna take the man's life away.

    i would like his chances on appeal if i'm his legal team.

    I'm a mental health specialist. Going back to school to get licensed to become a psychologist. I basically run a psychiatric unit on the overnights for people transitioning in crisis situations in the emergency room.

    Cases vary from drug addicts/alcoholics, suicidal/homicidal patients, people drunk/high off the streets, schizophrenics, patients with auditory/visual hallucinations, depression, anxiety, etc.

    lol at these conspiracy theories. It's 3AM in a prison, not a nightclub. Everyone's locked down in their cells, no one can get in or out unless they're a guard, and I'm pretty sure that would've made some noise and alerted other inmates. The piece of garbage killed himself instead of spending the rest of his life in jail. His sheisty lawyer just trying to make more money off of this

    Just hard to believe because he was about to get an appeal on the original murder case. If he killed himself after losing that, fine, but I doubt after years of showing no emotion/remorse he suddenly decided to off himself right before an appeal to get his life back.

    Unless Heisenberg ordered a hit where his cell was soaked in lighter fluid and he was set on fire, I think "The Wire" defense won't hold water
