    did you catch any of Roger's match today? the first set he was off big time, but after that he woke up and started playing like himself

    there's already been some major upsets--venus lost to a 15 year old :emoji_astonished:

    i hope i'm wrong, but i don't think he has it in him. he's older now and he can't run the way he use to. in a game like tennis where there's constant movement having fresh legs is critical

    yeah, i know what you mean, it would be even better if it was the final

    that said, it should still be a very good match. for federer to win this tourney, he's gotta beat nadal and (probably) djokovic

    i think djokovic is going to win wimbledon. he's playing the best among the top 3 men IMO

    Serena has a good chance, but she's gotta stay on her game because she's got a sore knee and she's obviously older now

    i probably shouldn't doubt serena, but i really don't see her beating simona halep.

    simona is playing really well right now

    i don't know what happened to roger in that second set, but besides that, he clearly had control of this match. nadal wasn't serving well. he also missed shots he'd normally make. amazing that Federer can still get this deep into the tournament at age 37

    figured simona halep would win---didn't think it would happen so easily

    good show of class by serena after the loss. serena has rubbed some people the wrong after some of her losses--but today she handled it well

    @Michael Myers Federer had 2 opportunities to end it while it was his serve, but Novak somehow stayed alive. That was a crucial game in this match. Man, that was intense. No matter who you were cheering for, that was a very good match
