Dec 27, 2015 I think the artists in the background of the OD cover are all artists or entertainers who have died of an Overdose (which is linked to the title of the album being "OD"). I can't make out or recognise all of the artists on the cover but I can point out Michael Jackson, Jimi Hendrix, Ol' Dirty b------ and Dash Snow who all died of overdoses. OD as a title has a double meaning for Overly Dedicated and Overdose so those artists just fit in with that theme I believe.
Dec 27, 2015 This is really interesting. It wouldn't surprise me if this was Kendrick's intention. He does think way outside the box with these things. She could even be a character in more recent Kendrick related things that we just haven't noticed. This is copied and pasted from my previous post but I think that this explains the connection between most of the artists that appear on the cover: I think the artists in the background of the OD cover are all artists or entertainers who have died of an Overdose (which is linked to the title of the album being "OD"). Dec 27, 2015 I've read that about the cover before... http://justifytheory.blogspot.com/2012/06/kendrick-lamar-black-hippy-false.html?m=1 A little lengthy but it says the same thing about the artists on the cover

Jan 24, 2016 LOL OKAY LET ME SIT HERE AND STARE AT AN ALBUM COVER FOR AN HOUR TO TALK ABOUT HOW GOOD IT IS FOR THE h--- OF IT
Jan 24, 2016 Kendrick really is a complete artist, everything about his albums is meticulously thought about, from the composition to the album covers
