    I'd rather hit the rowing machine or stationary bike, but cardio over lifting any day.

    Went for a very light run on sunday after I had been sick for 1 week. On monday I had floorball training with the team and today we had a floorball match, which we won 5-4:emoji_thumbsup:

    4X4 yesterday. Speed on 15,5 whilst "on" and 7 on the active break. Was struggling hard on the last 4 minute....

    Set a goal to run 480 miles this year, so 40 a month. On pace so far, let's see if I can keep it all year...

    10 km today. Finished in 49 mins. Aimed at a time under 45 min, but I underestimated how sore my muscles were after yesterdays workout. Still a decentish time.
