It's been an absolute pleasure creating this. I don't think I'm going to miss counting all the votes, finding a good gif and lyric, composing a few sentences that I doubt anyone reads everyday, sometimes at the most crazy hours, but at the same time I think I will...


When a member talks about me or compliments me they mention these elimination games, lol... They pretty made my mark on the forum. When I made the Yeezus one, I was worried it was going to be bust and here I am, finishing off the final (?) game on the 47th page, lol..

The Life of Pablo Elimination Game has finally arrived @KanyeSXN - know a lot of you are sensitive about group mention tags but we need to get this section back on track! I gave you a lot of time to digest this album and during that time the album itself has changed a bit so a lot of our first impressions might have changed.

Rules:

To conclude the d---ed series, the final song to get eliminated is Real Friends!!! It piled in all the votes in the last round, ULB won by quite a margin. Wonderful, wonderful song. It's been addressed a lot in this thread that it's boring/lacks experimentation, however, we're all fans here, we're just here to enjoy the song not critique it. It's a great listen. I got a feeling that this song will age the best from The Life Of Pablo.

So this means that the winner of The Life Of Pablo Elimination Game is Ultralight Beam. I'm glad it won it, Kanye, Kelly Price, Chance the Rapper, all very significant in this song. It's my favourite song as well. I can't remember the last time I had a favourite song where I didn't have to think about it or question it. This song can actually lift you off the ground. And thank god that this song wasn't too late for the outro/intro.

SectionEighty, where were you when @BigCountry fell off?

For me, it was a Friday. I was minding my own business at work, sneaking in a few S80 minutes between meetings. As I check my notifications, @Narsh recently quoted my post in the TLOP Elimination thread, probably arguing nonsense about the god awful Panda remix. My assumption was correct. I ignore his comment and start scrolling. Now keep in mind, this is the first round, so we're voting on the worst song on The Life of Pablo. 'Facts', 'Waves', and even 'Wolves' are thrown out there..

And that's when I saw it. My jaw dropped. I couldn't believe my eyes.

One of my favorite posters fell off. @BigCountry just claimed Freestyle 4, a top five TLOP song, as the worst on the album. I'm questioning everything. What is existence? I don't even know what life is anymore.

ROUND 8 OVER​

Scary.... The next song to be eliminated from the game is No More Parties in LA - It tried its best to survive, but every round it just stacked more and more votes. This song succeeded Real Friends in that very short GOOD Fridays series that got everyone excited. Finally, a track featuring Kanye West and Kendrick Lamar. Kanye absolutely killed this track with 90 odd bars it felt like, something we didn't get much of on the album.
