Nov 16, 2016 the beat and everything on the demo version is higher pitched so they lowered the pitch of the whole demo verse so it would match the rest.
Nov 16, 2016 This is awful, I'm sorry. Juxtaposing samples at the start of the song and looping random parts of songs just to give it a longer length (and to make matters worse, being unable to come up with any sort of decent transition) doesn't sound good at all. I appreciate the effort that was put into this, but at the time it feels so lazy. Was there no better way to incorporate the samples than to just throw them at the beginning of the song? The Yeezus extended version was great because it did creative things with the songs themselves and brought them to their full potential, all this does is literally defeat the purpose of sampling.
