Feb 27, 2015 I can see where both @Skippy and @Koolo are coming from here. Most of the all-time greats clearly aren't as good as they used to be, but a lot of rap fans (especially the "real hip-hop" people) are also notoriously ungrateful/narrow-minded. Wayne looks to be rejuvenated. Both Nas and Jay Z had a second renaissance with Life is Good and American Gangster/WTT respectively, and I don't think it's out of the question for either of them to make another good-to-great album. Even Eminem can pull a few gems out of his a--- after dropping complete dogshit for years at a time. As for Kanye, other than a few mediocre guest verses like I Won, there's not really any reason for me to believe his next album won't at least be "good." Like someone said earlier, even if it's his worst, that doesn't mean it will be bad: as it stands, I think Graduation is his worst and it's still a pretty solid album. The one problem with Kanye switching his style up so often is that people want everything he does to be revolutionary. If he drops something that's just "good," people either hyperbolize it into being much greater than it is or call it s--- because it isn't a 10/10 game changer.

Feb 27, 2015 Lol, calm down buddy. All I said was that rappers tend to decline as they get older and you aren't going to find many people who would disagree with that. I never once said they can't put out good material in the later stages of their career, its just that normally their best stuff comes early. And for the record, I think Kanye makes lots of quality music. I'm a big fan of him. The only album he's made that I thought was a misstep was Yeezus. EXACTLY! There are exceptions, but for the most part the best music that rappers put out is at the beginning of their careers.

And now you want to shift the focus of the discussion about me having nothing better to do with my life & all the other petty personal attacks you want to try and throw at me after I provide you evidence. If saying "so I gave it to Rihanna" isn't directly saying it isn't on his album, then you're being willfully ignorant and you're scraping the bottom of the bucket for your defense. Just give it up.
