    Pretty funny how Cruz accused Beto of going by "Beto" to pretend he is someone he is not... meanwhile "Ted" is actually Rafael... a Hispanic man born in a different country.

    mixed bag last nite, but definitely some major strides for dems. winnin a gerrymandered huose - eating trumps lunch in the suburbs - is huge. governors houses in maine, kansas, wisconsin, etc and additional state house gains cant be overlooked either. nor can ballot questions that passed: florida, the medicaid expansions, etc.

    even the senate: flipping nevada, keeping X midwest working class states trump won in 2016. no question we took some hits here, and that hurts af (arizona?????????????????? florida? missouri? ugh) but it was a cartoonishly bad circumstance. relatively, could have been worse (if only a little!!). if i were trump id feel chastened (confirming judges and sessions replacement aside)

    Glad to see Pete Sessions (a now former rep in my state; no relation to Jeff) lost. Mf blocked all cannabis reform legislation during his tenure. Good riddance.

    Yeah, having unaccountable corporate overlords is a much better way of doing things lol. Worked out great in 2008 when regulatory capture sunk the world economy.

    Actually, capitalism is bad. It's really that simple. Look at the carbon we're dumping into the atmosphere in search of profit. We're commodified our own extinction.
