Dec 31, 2015 @Narsh @Koolo BUMP. Can't think of all the other regulars in this thread besides me off top. Blackout 6 Announcements have begun to roll in... Pass is the first confirmed battler. The title match is gonna be Illmaculate VS Rone. Opinions? Rone is one of my favorites, but I think he is going to get his a--- handed to him unless he's been writing for the past few months in preparation. When it comes to prep, very few have this down to a science like Illmac. You can tell that he spends a lot of time crafting his bars, mixing flawless multies in with intricate rhyme schemes and haymaker punchlines. I'm not trying to write so descriptive, I'm just giving the boy credit, he has that s--- on lock. Rone knows how to control a crowd, and he's witty, and has hilarious rhymes, but there's not much about Illmac that he can exploit like he did with Big T. He can't go on a whole round angled towards Mac's height the way he did Big T's weight and get the same response. Rone was probably at the top of his game when he slaughtered that fa---- Okwerdz. And even then, he still couldn't f--- with Illmaculate. I understand that Rone has put in work over the years, and KOTD probably feels he's owed this shot, and it's his time to shine, but aside from choices that were outta the question due to not wanting to force rematches (TheSaurus VS Illmaculate would be hot though) or rappers that definitely deserve a shot but can't cross the border (Bigg K, Caustic, etc..), I could only think of a few matches that would make sense. And since I have nothing better to do, prepare for me to go into great detail... Fresco.... One of the more obvious choices given his performance against TheSaurus. However he doesn't battle that often, and while most KOTD champs only defend the title maybe twice a year, there's still a lot of strings that come attached, and maybe he just doesn't feel like taking that load on at this point. I do think he could beat Illmaculate though. He's one of the rare rappers who can string together punchline after punchline without having to waste filler on setups. However, when he does use setups, the punch always connects with incredible force. Against Yung Ill for example... He top five in St. Louis? Too much gassin' the motor He on facebook askin' fans if he can crash on the sofa Magic's doper than you, and Verb's rappin' is colder And how you callin' yourself young when you actually older? Now his wifey s----d me off, while I grabbed to control her I ain't ask her for no head, I just casually told her Then I hit it from the back while I'm grabbin' her shoulders Dropped my kids off and leave, thanks for havin' em over To me, that s--- was so f---in' dope. In the same battle he had the same problem as Verb when he choked against Caustic. He recovered from it.. He even freestyled in his second round when he forgot his lines at the end.. "f--- it, I go all off the top, cause I don't fall off a lot, you can catch me doin' donuts on Paul Walker's block.." That bar written doesn't pack as much force as being dropped on the spot off the top of the dome. Despite the fact that he seldom battles, he's still very consistent. Hopefully even though he isn't in the title match, he'll still perform at Blackout... Him vs. Pass/Pat Stay/Charron.... I'd really like to see him vs. Shuffle T. That would be a dope matchup. Dizaster... He battled Illmaculate back in the grindtime days. It was aight, but both of them have evolved so much over the years. However, Diz hasn't had the strongest performances since he was banned for punching Math. He beat Gjonalhfaheiea but the dude kinda beat himself with that horrible choke plus just all out awful performance. Chilla Jones One of the best pens in battle rap. That would be a clash of lyrical titans. Both of these guys have amazing wordplay, I think Chilla could really bring something to that battle that would make it a hit.. He expressed interest in the title in his battle against Pass, so this isn't a reach. He even acknowledged the pecking order in place, but in my opinion, he deserves it more than the people he mentioned in some cases. I like a battler like Chilla who's ill with his rhymes, but also humble, and feeds off his opponent's energy while still giving them credit and being respectful. Bars over bs. HFK... Just f---in' with you, that fat piece of s--- is horrible. PoRich... LMFAO. It would be revenge for that robbery that took place in the Grand Prix years back. I can't explain in words how awful Rich is... He's the only guy holding the title who is currently struggling to get on cards in Ground Zero. No one wants to hear that bs anymore. Daylyt would be dope if people wouldn't be so skeptical of what kinda s--- he would pull given his match with Pat. If Soul wasn't the Don't Flop champion, and didn't have so much invested in that league, that would be an amazing matchup to see. Soul is without a doubt one of the most underrated people spittin' in my opinion. It's so hard to do what he does, although I realize that people in the UK have advantages with some things because their accent and pronunciation of words opens them up to the option to rhyme words that don't rhyme to us. Dec 31, 2015 Dude, he use to be one of my favorites until I realized that he's really not that great. He's cocky which I use to think was cool, but he relies on corny a--- sports references too much. They're too easy to do, and they're his bread and butter. Plus in his last match against Kid Twist, I was really looking forward to it, and was so disappointed when I saw it. Another match I would like to see is Real Deal VS Serius Jones. Only because Jones has been talking s--- about Deal on twitter and I think Real Deal would wash him to be honestly. I commented on his FB that the fact he's a teacher gives him a pretty easy setup to use a Math punchline. You know who's one of the most overrated battlers ever. Charron. I hate watching him perform. When he responded to JJDD with "I may just take his health, you mentioned an orthodontist, well you better BRACE YOURSELF!" and the crowd reacted like that boy just dropped the dopest line ever. Sometimes you can tell the crowd is biased. Personally I think TheSaurus murdered Charron at Blackout 4, but the crowd was sleeping on his bars heavy, until his third verse where he killed him... Some of my favorite lines from that verse... My quotables are like Charron's rebuttals lol If you cats ain't guessed, PAT STAY'S NEXT!!!! Caustic's battle against K was weak so I'm not even excited for him. Was hoping to see The Saurus vs Iron Solomon rematch but The Saurus said on FB his first battle this year wouldn't be when or where we thought it would be..

Jan 25, 2016 Yeaaaah it's just that not much in battle has engaged me lately. Pat vs hollow was butchered, just like every other random outside event being thrown. Hollows one round was amazing tho and pats was alright
