Apr 6, 2016 Notice Dizaster in the crowd not responding to anything Gjonaj says, except for the Earthquake scheme where Gjonaj mentions him by name. Diz is in the audience dressed like a f---ing blind lumberjack. I ultimately agree with the decision. Psycoses brought it, but Gjonaj really got more out to the crowd cause they caught it better. Other than occasionally having to run back the scheme connections, he was very clear. Psycoses is a very rapid fire spitter. A lot of people try to claim he doesn't have substance cause he crams his rhymes with multis but there is lots of wordplay and very solid punches littered throughout his battles. He does a lot of playing with words in most of his battles where he uses the same phrase repeatedly with a different meaning each time. After the Diz battle, I thought Gjonaj was aight but I wasn't really a fan. I am, now. His writing is incredible. Next event for KOTD is Back to Basics 4. In California at "The Bunker" which is a venue that Avocado and J. Pro leased for the use of mainly battle events and stand up comedy sets. So it's the first venue tailored specifically for that use. They only sold 150 tickets, but Day 1 is a bunch of GZ battles, then Day 2 only has 5 battles, 2 of which were supposed to go down at Blackout, and 1 other was scheduled to go down at Back to Basics 2. The matches are: E. Farrell Vs. Madflex - This is gonna be a dope a--- battle. I just started checkin' E. Farrell out but I been a huge fan of Madflex for a while. P-Nut Vs. J-Dose - Yeah it's P-Nut aka Ayem (Dope a--- battle below. Pigsty a beast too.) vs the guy that Math Hoffa knocked the f--- out of.. the first time. That's all I know about him lol. Talkback is hyped for this battle so I guess it's legit.. P-Nut a beast, I know that much. Check this battle. Head I.C.E. Vs Carter Deems - Carter Deems f---ing came with it at BO6 against Chedda in his own Carter Deems way. I'm a huge fan of his. Ain't nobody f---in' with em lol. This match was supposed to take place last year but was called off cause Carter kept havin' seizures and s---. Head ICE amuses me, so I'm ready for it. Caustic Vs. T-Rex - This was supposed to go down at BO6. I'm skeptical that it will go down at this event. T-Rex didn't show up for BlackOut, and on top of that he violated the contract he signed by revealing that Caustic was his opponent before the event. I would not be surprised if he backs out again cause I'm predicting that Caustic is gonna body him. I'm talking the Caustic that ripped Aye Verb. It'll most likely be a slaughter. T-Rex is garbage. And finaly The Saurus Vs. Daylyt - This was also supposed to go down at BO6 but Daylyt said that his kid was dying or some s--- and left. Then posted a creepy a--- pic on Instagram. If Day doesn't bring antics, which I hope he respect The Saurus enough to refrain from that s---, this will be a classic. The Saurus brings it in every battle he's in, he's one of the most consistent battle rappers in the game. It's rumored that Daylyt has finally signed a contract with URL so this might be his last KOTD battle for a while. Looking forward to this event as a whole, and I dunno if ya'll saw it but Bigg K was clowning the s--- out of Jon Jon da Don on twitter. JJDD was also on twitter and revealed that after watching some YouTube video, he is now a holocaust denier. He garbage anyway. Copying n-----'s bars and s---. Check that Pigsty Vs Ayem battle. It's dope.
Apr 13, 2016 @prison mike E. Farrell battled my boy Marshall Law and smoked him. That was the first battle I've seen Marshall get destroyed in, too. It was embarrassing lol. Def check out that battle.
May 1, 2016 That s--- was hard to watch but Farrell on the come up so it's cool that your boy battled him. I wil tell you, this s--- is one of the most bizarre and awkward battles I ever watched but it's f---in' hilarious to me. The second dude is so awful.
May 1, 2016 I thought Marshall was gonna win, but he's been having a rough personal life, and he's become unfocused in battles. Marshall, at one point, was really doing well and climbing the ladder, but the E. Farrell battle f----- him up. I remember we talked about it and he was like bruh I didn't take him seriously at all. It's a shame.

May 24, 2016 they're such similar battlers at the core tbh. but hollows always been a way better performer imo but yeah i was there in the building and thought it was close, but edged it to hollow think hollow's even stronger on cam if i rated the rounds: hollow: 1 - 10/10 2 - 8/10 3 - 8.5/10 pat: 1 - 8/10 2 - 8.5/10 3 - 9/10 so its 36.5 vs 34.5 to hollow. plus, as you said, hollow's materials just better. and his rebutal at the start of the 2nd was crazy. so the difference is even bigger than the numbers show imo pats been falling off slowly

May 24, 2016 I enjoyed the battle but I don't think Pat is really anywhere near him. He forces s--- too much and he was constantly fumbling through his rounds while Hollow came off flawless. Then pat uses the excuse that he had just finished writing his s---, which Hollow called him out in an interview for, citing the fact that Pat still had two unused rounds from their first battle. Pat just isn't that great to me. He doesn't belong in the conversation for the GOAT. He's entertaining but, he been getting roasted lately ever since Illmaculate murked him.
Jun 16, 2016 I gotta say, KOTD has been on their s---. I'll post Bigg K Vs. Head Ice next Monday when it drops. Anybody else from here a member of KOTD Talkback group on Facebook? It's insightful if nothing else. Anway... Battles at The Bunker happens June 25th, and Dizaster is battling a mystery opponent. I hope whoever it is kills him. Dizaster is one of the dopest emcees I've ever seen, but he's like the most annoying person in the f---in' world. He snuck Math Hoffa and jumped him, spit in Eurgh's f---in' face, and beat Gjonaj at B2B3. Yet he spends all of his time attacking these people lol. Hoffa even told him he regretted talking him out of killing himself during Total Slaughter. But he f---ing makes lame a--- videos making fun of Gjonaj and even dedicates time to creating UFC fighters with their likenesses. Rant over. Both of these battles dropped this week. First is Alias the @ikt Vs Esem. I've never seen a battle from either of these guys but this s--- is FIRE. Esem had one of the dopest bars I've ever heard... "We use to battle in my Dad's sack, the winner got to leave." That s--- was fire. Then I got Iron Solomon Vs B Magic. When this match was announced, I had absolutely no faith in it being worth a f---. I was prepared for cookie cutter name flips from Magic and bars littered with corny s--- from Iron. I was blown away though. This b---- is filled with greatness. Give it a look.
