Uh.... yeah the administration attempting to discriminate against trans people is definitely more important than a cyber data law that was thrown into a spending bill which Trump probably didn’t even know existed upon signing the bill. Trans people are not an important issue. They never have been.

The CLOUD Act is in flagrant violation of the Fourth Amendment. Trump should be criticized, not praised for passing it.

I don't agree with banning them from the military but there's your bias again thinking everything about minorities is discrimination

It's not "discriminating" against them, it's because trans people are much more likely to have mental illness, and gender dysphoria itself is a mental illness.. if you know anything about the military it's very tight on who can get in, especially when it comes to mental illness

"Discrimination" lol theres a serious reason why ... President Barack Obama’s directive in 2016 that transgender soldiers be integrated into the ranks and their expensive sex change operations covered by taxpayers was pure insanity. Transgender medical and mental health issues take the soldier out of the rotation for deployment, which weakens the strength of their battle group.

There’s no evidence that supports the idea that trans people are any less capable of serving in the military than anybody else. They’ve been serving in the military in secret forever. Other countries allow trans people to serve openly in their military with no issue.

Expensive sex change operations? Do you know how much the U.S. spends on defense every year? Their medical procedures cost is minuscule to the overall defense budget. The government spent more on viagra than medical procedures for trans people. I don’t see you complaining about that though.

Great. Then we agree that banning them from being able to serve in most capacities is totally idiotic & discriminatory.

Im a fact-based person. If there were collective studies out there that showed trans people were compromising the effectiveness of military operations, I wouldn’t disagree with this. However, there isn’t such consensus. In fact, the medical community continuously claims the opposite.

My mom was in the military when don't ask dont tell was still a thing, and it was something that we accepted because there was a different standard back then.
