Assad has a documented history of carrying out such attacks so i’m inclined to believe it’s him. Also, Russia sending troops to occupy the area that was reportedly hit with chemical weapons & using its veto at the U.N. to prohibit the U.N. from investigating the crime also pushes me to believe it was Assad.
