I was trying to troll Engima, not change his mind; I gave up on that a long time ago. yeah but, why Africans specifically? Why into Europe specifically? I mean it could just be the lowest cost type of "investing" he can do with relocating people?

But I still don't see why. like it seems just so r-----ed, unless there is some hidden agenda or some s---. Like wouldn't it be more enjoyable to invest 500 mill in developing Africa? just for example.
