I don't call anyone a "denier." That's a religious term. Nor did I say all Jews believe in the official story of Jewish persecution during WWII. In fact I got half of this information from a Jewish revisionist named David Cole. I said no Jewish conformist holocaust historian would claim the Holocaust didn't happen. You could remove "Jewish" from the sentence and it would still be true, but the fact that Hilberg was Jewish makes the idea of his nonconformity all the more unlikely. And that's not an anti-Semitic statement at all.

Not the point. If you were thinking critically, you'd ask be asking other questions, such as why did Hilberg say this? Why was it censored from PBS? etc.

This is semantics: both the U.S. & Russia compete with each other & have been rivals since the end of WWII. Point being, Russia knows that the U.S. has a lot of influence in the Middle East with Israel, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Afghanistan etc. being big U.S. allies in the region. Hence why you see them desperately holding onto Assad which is one of the only major players in the region they have in their corner. Russia doesn’t care what the UN/international community thinks.

From what i’ve read from a quick google search, this oil pipeline story is a loose theory that implies the Syrian civil war is a proxy war being fought over two gas pipelines, one backed by the U.S., the other by Russia. I don’t know if this is what you’re referring to but that’s what i was able to find. The theory has gained traction but the theory doesn’t hold up well when going into detail.

I’m not calling the NYT article historical context. I’m talking about my explaination to you of the history between Syria/Russia & how Russia has continuously sought to counter the U.S. (& Vice versa) for decades. You know this already though. You purposesly misconskrew my words & put me in a position where I have to repeat myself so you can go “durr durr enigma is special” because that’s what you’re best at: petty insults & snarky comments.

You were the one bitching about how the article lacked sources from specific individuals from Syria. Two out of the three sources I quoted are Syrian. All of them are experts within their respective fields.

What does it matter if it’s American journalism or British journalism? Like...what the h--- are you even trying to say here? The article I posted had several quoted sources from people on the ground in Syria. It’s not like these are the words from people totally detached from the situation.
