Well yes. He created a zero tolerance policy, which was much needed and justified. This policy did expose a problem with a law thats been around that would cause all of these families to be seperated for no reason. He fixed the flaw in the zero tolorance policy because the dems and repubs kept using the kids as a pawn. He used his executive power to put the families together, when he easily could have used them as a barganing chip like everyone else.

I would have been pissed if he didnt use it, and he went against his party and used it anyways to fix a major flaw in the system. Props to him

I will say this... both Dems and GOP are playing politics cause of the midterms...

Don't none of them really cause bout s--- but winning. I'm glad that families aren't being split up... they should have been in the first place... policy or not... enforced or not.

Trump base is going to see this as a win and continue to build the polarization that is taking place.

The obama administration rarely prosecuted adults with children crossing the border & when they did, they were reunited with their children fairly quickly. The difference in policy between trump & obama is night & day. Trump’s “no tolerance” policy led to literally thousands of children being taken from their parents. They locked them up in fucken warehouses.
