    Due to Mueller expanding the investigation to obstruction of justice, deputy attorney general Rod Rosenstein may have to recuse himself because he advised the president to fire Comey. If that happens, associate attorney general Rachel Brand would take over the investigation.

    I'm not so sure this is a good thing. Rosenstein displayed independence by not only appointing a special counsel but also refuting rumors out of the White House to fire Mueller. Nobody knows much about Rachel Brand and where her position on this stands. Will she simply be the president's puppet or will she stand strong and allow Mueller to do his job?

    The guy who is funding this weird investigation is a millionaire lobbyist who tried to make a law that would make it illegal to be a gay NFL player 3 years ago.

    Looks like res handled this lol.

    In other news, Dems lost the Georgia special election which is annoying but it is what it is. It's not a bad result for Dems considering the district hasn't been blue since the days of Jimmy Carter but it's irritating that we're getting so close in these elections but can't get a W.
