Sep 8, 2019 I don’t think il ever understand the Revival promo/rollout. I mean, it was f---ing great if the actual album matched it. But Jesus Christ they did not have a clue what they were doing. Awful.

Sep 8, 2019 Still... “Believe” Man that song was made for us. That s--- on the level of MMLP, Eminem Show ERA. Had that raw emotion he made you feel it. He still has it in him and I appreciate the little gems he throws our way. Revival was built to be a big seller. I’m surprised it didn’t connect to be honest. Take a song like “Remind Me” I honestly thought that would have been big in the bars.. I like that song it’s fun. Album just didn’t connect like it should have.. back in the day if he released “Remind Me” it would have LIT the dance floor up Revival doesn’t get the respect it deserves. I know if Remind Me came on in the bar I’d be grabbing my b---- and hitting the dance floor haha “Heat” as well.. hits all the above. Should have both been singles heavily pushed “While I shred MC’s ....like Cheddah Cheese” just the way he says it man EDIT: I’m revisiting Revival right now and man this s--- is good. Slept on. You could ALMOST throw Castle and Arose on Eminem Show. These songs would have got ALOT more respect back in the day. Castle / Arose prob could have had a videos on MTV / BET and done very well. There it lots on this album for the old fans who were there from the start. He made this album for us.. and had he just done all his choruses would be a much different album. Imagine if Walk on Water wasn’t a single.. it’s just first track on the album.. like d---. First single could have been “Believe” but I wouldn’t have done that either. He just needed a first single.. something that isn’t on the album. So release first single and release “Believe” as the street single. Now you hyped as h---. You get album and first track you hear is WOW followed by Believe. But you let Believe play anyways.. because it’s awesome.. and then you do “Remind Me” as a single and follow it like a week or two later with “Heat” so both those songs are banging in the bars and they need videos. Then you finish it with “Arose” or “Castle” as the final single. Chloraseptic would have worked as a street single too.. people would have been stoked. Then you still get the Walk on Water followed by Believe shock listening to album for the first time.. that’s what he was missing.. a first single and a tweak to marketing campaign and then Revival is HUGE imo And “Untouchable” would have been a much bigger song if it wasn’t a single and was just on the album.

Sep 8, 2019 I have an exercise for you guys.. Revival exercise.. Take a song like “Tragic Endings” Now remove the chorus. Insert a chorus done by Eminem Song = Classic? Revival is bananas boys. Try it. Revisit this album and replace all the choruses in your mind with Eminem choruses.

Then the first single for it was a song about Em being depressed that everyone keeps hating on his recent music lmao. And let’s not even f---ing talk about the cover, Jesus.

Sep 8, 2019 I watched Family Guy, YouTube, and lots of movies. All the news I get from the internet and Reddit. I don’t have time for shows. But Power is really a great show. It’s very well made, although sometimes it’s too much plot twisting.
