Sep 19, 2019 50 was hyped when talking about Eminem saying "man, he got some things" while having the biggest grin on his face. Dre is hyped since he is letting some people listen to it. Big Boy is hyped after hearing it. Me? I'm hyped as f---.
Sep 19, 2019 Yeah but let's talk about how he continues soon after with that delivery and those rhyme patterns: Beast mode, MFers 'bout to get hit With so many foul lines, you'll think I'm a free throw Figured it was about time for people to eat crow You about to get out-rhymed, how could I be dethroned? I stay on my toes like the repo, a behemoth in sheep's clothes From the East Coast to the West, I'm the ethos and I'm the G.O.A.T Who the best, I don't gotta say a f---in' thing, though 'Cause MCs know
Sep 19, 2019 Hopsin announced he retired and takes a big music break few months ago, and now he’s at the studio showing up... Smh
Sep 19, 2019 I remember everyone seeing Remind Me (Intro) and Remind Me on the tracklist and thinking it must be a really good, important song to have an intro lmao.
Sep 19, 2019 So at least with Revival and Kamikaze, Em was working on the albums then goes to Dre once all songs are made so that they can be mixed and mastered and then discuss which tracks make the final cut. I wonder does this strategy still apply...If Eminem has been with Dre and they have pretty much finished up the album?
Sep 19, 2019 I thought Dre didn’t do s--- with those albums. Eminem just let him hear it to get his approval.
Sep 19, 2019 Dre was executive producer. When it comes to mixing/mastering and giving Em feedback on which songs make the final cut, that's pretty much an executive producers role is for the main part, especially when it comes to Dre and Eminem and that's been the case for Em's last few albums.
Sep 19, 2019 I bet 50 cent is the on Dre track. Which would be fantastic if 50 actually put some effort into it
Sep 19, 2019 The way I look at it, just going by Eminem's last few albums. Eminem in Detroit for a certain number of months making tracks, obviously he doesn't shape the album tracklist as he makes tracks, he just makes the songs as they come to him. Then comes the time to put the album together. The "11th hour" as it's called when he is nearing the deadline set by the label. That's when he hooks up with Dre and Dre's role as executive producer is to help shape the final album with the many tracks that Em has presented to him. Once they nail that down, it's time to get them mixed and mastered and make any final changes before they hand the complete album into the hands of the label. So my way of thinking is that Dre has finished tracks, playing them for some people privately because either he wants to see how people react to it or he is genuinely excited and wants people to hear whatever Em has been doing. So if he is doing that, is the album finished? Or at least 90% to being done. The only exception is that Eminem and Dre have constantly been with each other constantly making music. But I don't think this is the case since we know of a couple of people who have been in the studio with Em. So if the album isn't finished then I'd say it's 90% done if Dre is playing it for people. Either way I think we are getting something this year for sure.
Sep 19, 2019 Looks promising for new Eminem album soon. I still wonder what the h--- that Real Slim Shady Tune was that randomly released and then got analyzed and we decided was SSLP2 because you could see the cars headlights in the distance
Sep 19, 2019 I saw that Porter post with Hopsin and his caption referencing "problem". I will be so f---in' pissed if that tweet was about a mother f---in' Hopsin collaboration..
