Oct 26, 2019 Yeah and My First Single is a dope song too, crazy word play in that track very under rated. You big bad bully. Clearly something happened while recording half of Encore hence half of the album could be part of a classic and the other half well.. my best guess would be when his brother accidentally got all those songs leaked Eminem was pissed off and basically just freestyled half that album. Yeah he butchered the chorus on a song like my first single, but the verses are slept on imo. Evil Deeds? Not sure why anyone would passionately hate that song. For me it’s a good one and one I’ll still listen to on occasion today where as a song like spend some time, was one of the highlights back then of the album, but not something I go back and listen to with any regularity.
Oct 26, 2019 Glad you see the similarities. Both are always in that top tier discussion, 3 classics out the gate, and low points for sure. I'll always be a fan of both though, I will say even though I think kanye has missed more than EM, that kanye hasnt ever missed sonically and mixing wise (I hate auto tune 808s but production and engineering wise it's still great)
Oct 26, 2019 can't wait for Em's next album man.. s--- has me nervous. He's 47 now so I feel he's going to drop just two more solo albums before he retires. He really needs to go out with great material. Really hopes he takes his final years very seriously, no slacking on the production/mixing or any of that "fun" song nonsense.

Oct 26, 2019 From what we have seen since Revival starting with the Chloraseptic remix.. there is zero reason not to be excited IMO. Everything he touches is fire right now. We are seeing another peak, I think he is setting up to go out with a b---.
Oct 26, 2019 He's on good momentum rn that's for sure. However, you never know, every album could turn out to be disappointing. Beat selection is a very big worry when it comes to Eminem in this decade. He's had a very strange taste in beats ever since he started working with rick rubin. Also some of the deliveries he's been using even in the kamikaze era. I'm hoping the beats he uses for now on are all crazy and his delivery is smooth to listen to.
