Aug 23, 2019 Kanye couldn't go wrong then though, it was clear he had potential to do more great s---. Kamikaze was a lucky spark for Eminem, with s--- happening to fall into the right places and him managing to somehow conjure up a good album. I rly don't think he can do it again.

Aug 23, 2019 I think those are good cause they're all around the same time -- immediate wake of revival backlash/lead up to kamikaze/immediate aftermath of kamikaze and the rap devil diss. All pretty close together. I think 2018 was just an unusually good year for him. and now months have passed and that spark blew out and he's back to makin cringe s--- like that song with logic and the one with ed sheeran. maybe I'll be wrong, maybe he'll make more good s--- but I think it's over.

How many rappers you listen to are actually talking about something not made up? your fav TV shows' scripts are made up, your favsongs are too, you might not relate to some of them but people do. I'd prefer something like Good Guy to any stupid rapper mumbling s--- about their chains and stuff. Hiphop is about thoughts not stupid things like chains and clothes. This but their opinions won't matter anyway Kanye went downhill after MBDTF tho. Yeezus wasn't bad but I wouldn't say it was good. 10 songs and half of them weren't really anything special, after that the only made worse albums. I couldn't even finish listening that last 7 track album...
