Apparently it said: "Chatter is getting louder by the hour regarding another surprise album from Eminem, said to be due before the year’s end. Sources at Interscope declined to confirm this rumor. Eminem’s manager was busy running a rival label and couldn’t be reached for comment."

Bc "you got some views....but mine are higher, so when you compare our views, you get over looked" views as in youtube views and he has higher views so a high view is an over look BUT cmon drake's album was called that and he was ontop overlooking the city.
