Dec 28, 2019 Not entirely true Em always gets overhated for some reason, I mean I never seen no one say Kanye ruining his legacy with trash albums even tho he hasn't been good for like 8 years now. And tbh I think Em and Ye has the same amount of bad albums.

Lots of the people talking s--- said kamikaze was solid and now call it trash just to get stans mad. Ofc there are a few 'haters' but if u truly dont care about an artist, you don't talk about it.. so yeah I think they overreact a lot

Dec 28, 2019 I don't think Revival had prime level songs. Castle was nice for sure and it had some decent tracks but nah.. Kamikaze did though. Kanye fell off for sure but up until WTT his run was magic imo.
Dec 28, 2019 I was pretty excited for Revival after hearing the second half of Untouchable not gonna lie, wasn’t really feeling the first half but that second half had his effortless flow reminded me of Eminem show. And the topics he was on — I was prepared for a completely different album then what we got. Even still I did enjoy Revival and I think Believe was a classic track, that will remain in the playlist. I didn’t mind the “fun” songs.. they would have been big back in the day. All in all I think the album gets more hate then it deserves but glad it did as we got Kamikaze shortly after and now I think we are gonna be in for a treat with this next album. I think he’s gonna give us something that will start landing in peoples top 4 Eminem album lists. with revival I think if you give it all new choruses by Eminem himself and leave the verses the same.. the whole vibe of the album would have changed and you would have more people appreciating it.

Dec 28, 2019 Em gets a lot of hate but people s--- on Kanye and Drake especially because of their recent output. From an unbiased standpoint, most people liked or loved TLOP. So Kanye’s a--- run has only been for 2 albums; Kids See Ghosts is highly regarded too. I think Drake’s More Life and Scorpion are a---, and definitely warrant hate towards his recent output. But he’s also had a shorter career than Em and easily the most popular artist of the decade so it stands to reason that he’ll have a lot more stans defending him. People have been hating on Em since Relapse, so his hate has lasted longer than Drake’s entire career; it’s bound to build up more than either of the other 2 artists. Em has also had much higher highs than Drake or Kanye, and I’d argue that Revival is by far the worst album that any of the 3 have put out aside from JIK and Ye really, so the drop off in quality is a lot more significant. These aren’t necessarily my opinions...but I definitely see why it may seem that Em gets more hate than Drake or Ye when it comes to “falling off.” however, Kamikaze is better than Drake and Ye’s most recent output, so maybe a comeback isn’t out of the question for Em.
Dec 28, 2019 Revival had no song that was on the level of prime Em. Castle, Arose and Walk on Water were nice (f--- Believe) at best. Kamikaze, well yes, it had The Ringer, Greatest, Fall, Venom and Lucky You. But Kanye's latest record wasn't that bad at all. Production was brilliant. Songs like Selah, Follow God, On God and Use this Gospel were good enough to be on any prime Kanye album. This goes without saying though, that the prime of Eminem was way better than the prime of Kanye. Revival was hot trash, JIK wasn't. Also, Taylor Swift's numbers are better than Em so she must be a better artist than Em lol, f--- outta here with that logic
Dec 28, 2019 Honestly hope not. I think Em and Tech could make a great song together if it isn't something stupid like Speedom. A song that has meaning between those 2 could be great.
