I wonder if he thinks hes gonna over saturate himself, or if labels have a say so in it. I think he definitely needs to drop yearly now. he needs to go on one last hot streak. solo, BME, maybe a label project with him, bme, boogie and Griselda. he needs a few more solo albums for sure. I always hated how he never really did the mixtape thing like most rappers.

Dec 30, 2019 mixtapes were popular af from 07 until a few years ago. he had 3 solo projects in 7 years from 2010 to 2017. theres no way him putting mixtapes out of songs that didn't make the albums, or some freestyles over popular beats would hurt his song quality. 3 solo albums in 7 years bruh lol theres plenty of room there to put a handful of songs out that didn't make the cut for things here or there lol

Dec 30, 2019 What u don't get is that Em is not the type of guy that wanna release low quality tracks. If you're releasing mixtape then it should be weaker than solo s--- otherwise, just make it a studio album why not. I never liked mixtape thing because most of the rappers use that as an excuse to release every track they have ever made and they don't even worth listenin'. Less is always more believe me.
Dec 30, 2019 youre taking what I said way too far, you act like im saying he needed to drop more mixtapes than wayne. he records 30-100 songs an album.....theres no harm in between albums to release a hand ful of some of the ones that didn't make it in between his albums lol. the word "mixtape" just made you think of it as what everyone else did. im just saying a handful or so of tracks that didn't make the album in between releases. you really gonna tell me I don't get that Eminem doesn't release low quality tracks? lol not that serious bro. everyone knows that about him. and all 30-100 unreleased songs aren't gonna be "low quality" so no harm in him dropping a handful of them in between releases. everyone talks about all the "gold" he has in his vault. like "don't front" that didn't mean the deadline due to sample clearances, it ended up being a promo song for COD pre orders. so that song almost never saw the light of day. im talking about tracks like that. not just going and making random stuff to make it. just his cuts that didn't make the final album and pre album freestyles
Dec 30, 2019 Technically Eminem does mixtapes, like Shadyxv was a mixtape to him.. they just release it like an album because it will sell so much. I didn’t like a lot of Shadyxv because of the flows on it but I’m a fan of the concept and also wish he would do more mixtapes. Would like him to have the excuse to loosen up a little and water down the lyrics a bit and just bust on the mic. Prob get some Eminem Show style flows in there and freestyle type tracks.. I feel he could use a mixtape to really show off.

Dec 30, 2019 I think it’s possible when he tweeted that “people want this problem” he had just found a direction for the album and was going into full album mode. Maybe had a few songs done with Dre? If this is the case, wouldn’t be released until late spring early summer.
