Same as that woman that got killed in Iran or the war in Ukraine... But I do agree w you that its naïve to think some rainbow flag is gonna change the fact that in some countries they aren't interested in lhbt (etc lol) stuff. Its not like the whole world has to think and do the same as we do... even if I also think its stupid that people can't be who they want, I don't think its weird that people look at those things differently. I mean even in our own countries people have different views on that.
Nov 30, 2022 The number you see online 6500 or something is the total amount of foreigners that died overall in Qatar since 2010. For strictly working for building stadium, hotels, bridges etc for the World cup the number is 300-400, which is lower I believe than the people that died for the Olyimpics in Rio or the WC in Russia and then you didn't heard anything about the workers, is a lot of hypocrisy from the west towards Qatar but the truth is showing thanks to social media. Everyone is having the time of their lifes out there and no one that was there said a negative thing about how they are treated. I regret that I couldn't go there for a few games. These are the same people that are canceling Balenciaga because they involved kids in their commercials, while they bring kids at LGTV parades. The hypocrisy and double standards in this day and age is insane.
