    I agree.

But on topic. I’m starting to think the original bodied soundtrack got scrapped.

This would be my ranking of Eminem albums as of right now. Some of these change depending on my mood. I really hate that Eminem thinks Relapse is his worst album, Relapse was sonically his best, All Dr.Dre beats and mix a mastered by him too. Yeah the accents are different but you get used to them. Songs like Hello and Medicine ball are just some of his best work in terms of funny and witty.

    1. TES
    2. MMLP
    3. Relapse
    4. SSLP
    5. Kamikaze
    6. MMLP2
    7. Recovery
    8. Encore
    9. Revival

Any Eminem albums you guys would like me to review?

It's one of the best Mix and Mastered album in hip hop and I factor that into my reviews. Dr. Dre aced this one. Not to mention Eminem's serial killer concept is a fresh of breath air for him. This also is one of Eminem's best lyrically if not his best.

I'll do a review for this first, since it's close to Halloween

Also content wise it’s not touching any of his albums. Only songs that had good content was beautiful and deja-vu

    Relapse Review:

When 2009 came around no one was thinking about Eminem, It almost seemed like he retired. His previous album was Encore and since then his best friend Proof died and he was clearly battling addiction. Eminem was basically in hiding for the past 4 years and was almost an afterthought minus a feature here and there. Eminem eventually got sober doing a rehab stint and hasn't looked back. Relapse was mostly made at the end of his 12 step program and the album ties in his addiction along with the return of Slim Shady who is a manically drug addict serial killer.

    1. Dr. West - Eminem is seeking advice from a doctor, and the doctor seemingly starts giving him bad advice before turning into a demon/devil. Truely a great way to enter this album.

    2. 3 A.M. In comes hard hitting drums with a haunting piano beat produced by Dr. Dre. When Eminem starts rapping, you can tell Slim Shady is back, but with a twist. He's got a weird accent now that can take some time getting used too. But looking back now, it's perfect and it works. Lyrically Eminems is just crazy and paints a great picture with his words

"Dismantlin' every candle on top of the fireplace mantel and
Grab my flannel and my bandana, then
Kiss the naked mannequin man again
You can see him standin' in my front window if you look in
I'm just a hooligan who's used to using hallucinogens
Causin' illusions again, brain contusions again
Cutting and bruising the skin, razors, scissors, and pins
    Jesus, when does it end?"

    9/10

    3. My Mom: This track starts off with a hard hitting horn beat by Dre and Eminem raps about his mom being addicted to drugs and giving him some as a kid. The way Eminem raps and decribes his mom is hilarious and haunting at the same time.

"Wait a minute, this ain't dinner, this is paint thinner
"You ate it yesterday, I ain't hear no complaints, did I?
Now here's a plate full of painkillers
Now just wait 'til I crush the Valium and put it in your potatoes
You little MFer, I'll make you sit there and make
That r-----ed f---ing face without even tasting it
You better lick the f---ing plate, you ain't wasting it"

    8/10

    4. Insane: This track is extacly what the title means, insane. Dre comes again with another classic beat and Eminem raps about the weirdest things, almost testing how vile he can be but at the same time it makes sense to the concept of this album. His flow on the second verse is get crazy and he comes in super hard.

"Did you get him?" Naw, f---er tried to bite my face off
I just got f---in' chased off with a chainsaw
Then he took the chainsaw, bit the f---in' blades off
Ate the blades, stuck a baseball in a slingshot
Then he aimed at his own face, let the thing pop"

    9/10

    5. Bagpipes From Baghdad: The Bassline in this song is legendary, Eminem is on his Slim Shady A-Game. His lyrics are just amazing, he really got the weirdo physcho killer vibe down.

"In the bed with two brain-dead lesbian vegetables
I bet you they become heterosexual
Nothing will stop me from molestin' you
ti--y-f---in' you 'til your breast nipple flesh tickles my testicles
Is what I said to the two conjoined twins
How's it going, girlfriends? You needs a boyfriend?"

    9/10

    6. Hello: Alright this is one of the best songs Eminem has ever made, it's just classic Eminem here the verses are top notch and the chorus is too. Out of all Eminems albums, Relapse might have his best choruses. I have to quote the ENTIRE first verse because it's just that good.

"You see that chick in the gym, checking me out?
Any second I'm 'bout to stick her neck in my mouth
I lose a pill and I'm recklessly wreckin' the house
That was supposed to be breakfast, where the heck is it now?
There's the necklace I lost, right next to Stephanie's blouse
Man, I should check to see if my mom left any out
    Nope, guess I'll re-route
Maybe somewhere in the depths of the couch
Oh jackpot, yeah, open sesame, mouth
Down the hatch, and the feeling you can't match it
    I rat-tat-tap on your door with a d--- ratchet
    Attack-tack-tacking a whor- with a d--- hatchet
A knapsack packed with like forty-some Xanaxes
Shorty come back, I'm tryna score me some lap dances
I'm 'bout to relapse, so baby pour me some Jack Daniel's
Formula 44D and 40's with bad capsules
The bad apple spoils the bunch, I'm back at ya"

    10/10

    7. Tonya skit: Tonya gets into the wrong vehicle and it ties into the next song.

    8. Same Song and Dance : An eerie track with a bumping beat. Eminem raps about kidknapping famous people.

"Should I cut off one of my ears and mail it to her?
Send her pictures of my collection of skeletons, or
Footage of me impaling myself on an elephant tusk?
We'll settle this once and for all, I'ma tell her at dusk
Tonight, tonight is the night, and tell her I must
Creep up to her mansion in stilettos, and just
Climb the gate, and ring the bell, like "Hello, my love"
I just picked your prescription for Seroquel up"

    8/10

    9. We Made You: Basically this albums Without Me/Just Lose it and came with a funny music video.

    7/10

    10. Medicine Ball: Once again Dr. Dre comes correct with this beat, it's one of the best on the album and Eminem matches it with some of the funniest lyrics you'll ever here him spit. My favourite is when Eminem ruthlessly mocks the recently deceased Christorpher Reeves who was a quadriplegic.

"So one last time, Mr. Christopher Reeves
Won't you break it down for me and just spit the verse, please?
"Eminem, I'm coming to k--- you (inhale)
Always hated you, and I still do
You'll never fill my shoes, my Superman costume (inhale)
Doesn't even fit you, they don't feel you
You're taking this s--- too far (inhale)
Who do you think you are? Hang my suit up in the armoire
Every day I hate you more and more, throw down the cardboard
Let's breakdance if you think you're hardcore""

    11. Paul skit

12: Stay Wide Awake: Song starts of with a haunting piano and heavy bassline comes in and out through out the song. Again Eminem is on his A game and the way he keeps bending syllibils is legendary. Lyrically this could be Eminems best album. I love the pre-chourus

"Soon as my flow starts I compose art like the ghost of Mozart
Even though they all say that they're real, I know that most aren't
Boy, you think you're clever, don't ya?
Girl, you think you're so smart
Come with me to another side in a world so cold and so dark"

    9/10

    13. Old Times Sake: Eminem and Dr.Dre both trade verses over a simple Dre beat, It's nice but not as good as the rest of the album. Chorus is nice.

    7/10

    14. Must be the Ganja: Oh that bassline, it'll rattle your d--- car. Eminem again comes again with the Ill syllible rhyming. Eminem also comes correct on chorus too.

"Okay, here we go, do-re-mi-fa-so, fa-so-la-ti-da-so
Lyrical rascal, kick back the Tabasco
You MFers must just not know the tick-tock, so
Time to show you the most kick-a--- flow in the cosmos
Picasso with a pick axe, a sick a------
Tic-tac-toe comes with six-pack with Exacto
Knives, strangling wives with thick lasso"

    8/10

    15. Mr Mathers skit

    16. Deja Vu: A more somber song where talks about his addiction. It's more heart felt than the other songs on the album and great song to have towards the ending of the album. He drops the accent and raps in his normal voice.

"As I fall deeper into a manic state
I'm a prime candidate for the gene to receive the drug addict trait
Blood pressure climbs at a dramatic rate
I seem to gravitate to the bottle of NyQuil then I salivate
Start off with the NyQuil, like, I think I'll just have a taste
Couple of sips of that then I gradually graduate
To a harder prescription drug called Valium, like, yeah that's great"

    17. Beautiful: A pretty depressing song, raps about quitting rap amoung other topics. He makes a great chorus, really sounds like something from TES/Encore era.

    "I'm just so f---in' depressed
I just can't seem to get out this slump
If I could just get over this hump
But I need somethin' to pull me out this dump
I took my bruises, took my lumps
Fell down and I got right back up"

    8/10

    18. Crack a Bottle - A single released before the album that features Dr.Dre and 50 Cent. It's decent, I prefer it over Old Times Sake.

    8/10

    19. Steve Berman Skit

    20. Underground: I don't really like the beat during the chorus or the chorus itself but Eminem spits some greatness on here.

"The f---in' Anti-Christ is back, Dante
It's Satan in black satin panties
This is Amityville, calamity, g.d. it
Insanity, pills, fanny pack filled with Xannies
Through every nook and cranny, lookin' for trannies
Milk and cookies spilled on my silk négligée, looky
Razor-ba-lades with me to make you ba-leed
Cases of Maybelline makeup lay on a table of weed
Slim Shady? s--- sounds like a fable to me
'Til he jumps out of the f---in' toilet when you're takin' a pee"

    7/10

This album is sonically Eminems best with Dr. Dre album producing every track but one and mixing the entire thing. With a good pair of headphones you can hear every layer to the beats and vocals. It's still crisp to this day. Lyrically this one of Eminems best, if not the best. You can quote the entire album front to back. The sad part about this is that Eminem was going to release Relapse 2 but scrapped it because critics didn't like the accent. So after this album Eminem went the pop route making lame songs with Pink and Rihanna and cringy songs like Not Afriad and ditch his slim shady persona. Not only that but Eminem was also great on the Hooks on this album. Even Kamikaze his newest album where he kind of returns to his roots has some bad chorus's like Greatest and Nice Guy, you won't find any fast flows filler on this either like on MMLP2 and Kamikaze. Relapse was the last album where he wasn't poppy and corny or trying to hard to rap fast with filler lyrics. Relapse is just Slim Shady straight up rapping and that's sometimes all we want to hear.

    OVERALL 9/10

Just want to say your beginning statement is false. That I’m having a relapse song leaked in 2008, and everyone thought he was back, and he called in to hot 97 I believe it was and said he’ working on music, and album should be out next year
