as I was telling @Papa Alpha Andy earlier, the length is the saving grace here. Add 30 minutes to this and it's likely every bit as unwieldy and exhausting as Revival.

I mean, as is, there's all kinds of filler here, and it's his shortest album by a longshot

having said that, he still deserves credit for shortening it this time around

Why are people getting butthurt about something as variant as people's journalistic opinions? I guarantee there would be no possible way for this guy to be received well by people who spend their time pushing narratives and advocating s--- their formerly more opinionated selves wouldn't even support over their dead bodies before "moving up in the world". It would be an antithetic affront to their integrity and a caricature of hyberbolic proportions for them to admit a contemporary project from any artist they always thought was overrated wasn't half-bad. Way better than phenomenal, guts over glory, etc. in that universe though. I don’t love it but I hope it catches on with all the rap fans out there (who don’t personally know @WPG lol ) if that makes sense
