    The album needed a closer. I swear it’s missing like 3 songs

    It feels like it should
    Carry on but then it just ends with a motion picture song

    No it doesnt. We need to stop trying to put Em inside a formula cuz we used to it. Greatest albums of the last decade had no closire such as gkmc and mbdtf and 808s

    We need to stop forcing this mentality only on Em. Good guy into venom is amazing

    Yet did u see how well its doing on itunes? Currently crushing it doing way better than revival. The ringer has been top 1 in almost 18 hours while no revival song did that on release day

    Obviously this will be like d--- with no charting songs

    His flow in the verses on Stepping Stone is spot on (the hook and sample are horrible though). This is how he should be rapping / flowing...

    This has to be have been recorded a while back. Around the same time as Difficult and It's Been Real.

    Some thoughts on this after 2 listens

    -better beat selection, some great switches throughout
    -awkward hooks (not as bad as offended but similar)
    -he doesn’t let the music breathe enough. Like, calm down sometimes, way too many rhymes
    -what is with the chorus on stepping stone? Sounds unfinished. Otherwise standout track
    -please no more relationship songs
    -disses were kind of random and seem a bit forced

    Overall: wont be replaying this much but at least he’s not trying to cater to label expectations/his broad fanbase anymore. Good to see he refound his passion but it’s not exactly a pleasant listen.
