    Bruh, you can't tell me you didn't sigh when he kicked things off with "I wanna punch the world in the f---ing face rn". But yeah, definitely the least eyerolls-per-minute of anything he's done in almost 20 years. They're still there, those weak punches and multi vomit, but at least we get a new look at his interior life. I didn't think that was possible at this point.

    Oh wow, it's really cool now. It's definitely not a cringeworthy way for a 40 year old man to start an album. It's clever satire. Genius, Marshall, genius.

    Dude, you are really invested in how people feel about this album. I've conceded it's strengths, but I'm not going to pretend there aren't weaknesses. He patched the most obvious, offputting holes on this one. It wasn't a genius move... we've all been talking about his s-----y production and corny pop hooks and what not. Anyways, as far as disgruntlement, that's clearly a term better suited for the 40 year old man on this record still calling people fa---- and crying about bloggers not getting his intricate rhyme schemes about wind chimes lol.

    As for why a "hater" like me is interested in his interior life, it's no different than why I listen to Kanye and Drake albums. They are all huge figures in the rap genre.

    This is just Eminem 1) with a highly preferable aesthetic to anything he's had since Y2k and 2) being true to himself and his strengths as an angry, insecure artist lashing out.
