    i think that the purposefully ~provocative~ stuff on, say, mmlp worked because he was this massive pop star who could not, despite best efforts of cultural conservatives, be stripped of his platform. i think it reads corny now, because it comes off as an attempt to recapture a fraction of that same relevancy. there's just not much else there? this album is eminem grousing about, like, rolling stone and lil pump. it's embarrassing!

    Dr Dre is smart for making money off eminems albums for the best part of a decade by doing f--- all.

    Hes def got some sort of deal in his contract when signing Eminem that he must be listed as exec producer on all releases.
