    no song is specifically targeted at anyone. he means an entire song dedicated to dissing someone. like the sauce, the warning, nail in the coffin, etc.

    nah man, I get all the wordplay we've discussed, it's obvious. I thought they were saying there's something I was missing. These bars are not that complex, but they're still awesome.

    He's lost touch with his roots. The only time he sees 8-Mile is when he sees it on tv (his movie) while working out in his mansion rather than visiting the physical 8-Mile Road.
