I still think he tries to cram to many lyrics together.

When i'm talking about flow, let's just take Lucky You as an example. How many times does he slow down, speed up, change flows? The way he does it is not really appealing to me.

Compare it with Joyner Lucas flow. Joyner's part is way better imo. Em kind of ruins the momentum of the song for me. I just wish he would stick with a steady flow. He's trying too hard.

Like I said, his flow is much better on Kamikaze than during Shady XV if you can even call that a flow. But he still has issues with it.

I agree with this overall... On Lucky You, I would've preferred his first flow during the entire verse... Same as Not Alike... I thought his flow when he's like "U just a wanna be gunner... Like u was gonna do somethin" was really nice, smooth and natural...

But...it's more of a preference thing... I actually don't mind his fast rapping this time around.

I actually loved his "fast rapping" and flow switches on The Ringer. Mostly because it's a 5 minute long rap verse, so I look at the flow switches almost like hooks and choruses.

But, in songs like Not Alike and Lucky You, I think the flow switches hurt the overall replay value of both songs. They're really good songs, but again, it's more of a preference thing.

I find myself re-listening to Ringer, Greatest, Kamikaze, Fall, Stepping Stone and Venom. I think those songs, he had a nice pocket or flows, where they didn't change up a lot.

Good Guy and even Normal were missed opportunities. I don't mind his delivery or flow in either song... I just REALLY hate the subjects... They're getting so boring and fake to me. Those two songs could've been gems if he used the same flows/delivery with a different subject.

The highlight of Good Guy, Nice Guy and Normal was the part of Good Guy when he was talking about Kim (or whoever) getting boob jobs and tubes tied for some dude. I felt it was the only "real" moment of the all 3 songs, where it showed real vulnerability and emotion from him about it. Otherwise it just sounded auto-piloted.

The flow I truly dislike from Eminem recently was from the Killshot diss... The whole man-bun part. When I heard that line, I almost shut off the song. Thank God it was only one part.
