My guess with the recently getting the chain was they were signed more for to get their music out. Probably turned into a long term investment as time progressed to the point where they are fam now

From youtube comment, a guy said this is the reason they got their chains now instead of way earlier:
*For those who wondering why it took so long, when they signed they said they wanted to "earn" their chains.*

I think problem was that when they signed there were 6 members in the group. What to do? Give just 2 chains (LOL) to 2 members or everyone? Wouldn't it be expensive? Or maybe not everybody on the team wanted to have a chain. Maybe nobody wanted to have a chain at the time. Now there are only 4 members on the team. So it makes this situation a bit easier to deal with. I guess Travis said let's get this guys chains cause they did hella a job for these past 5 years. Also Bernz and Wrekonize are signed to label as solo artists. Maybe that's the reason why they finally got their chains on. And talking about earning their chains. I think they earned it with their first album on SM. Even Travis said that it was one of his favorite SM releases.

I'm pretty sure they pay for them chains as well so maybe they were just like f--- it after we start profiting from our CDs first, then we'll take them out of our pay. I remember 2 years ago godemis and trizz came out and kicked it with us all day before the show and he was letting us check it out. My boy is all in jewelry and he was holding his charm inspecting it and pretty much guessed how much it was and godemis agreed. I wanna say they are around 25,000 for the white ones they all wear

I've seen so much hate on Facebook about krizz kaliko's album because of his singing... uhh hasn't krizz been singing since day one? I rather have a hip hop driven album. But on the other hand that isn't krizz. Strange music fans are so b---- and needy.
