Jan 9, 2017 @SHUDEYE Not sure if already asked but not trying to scroll through 8 pages haha. What constitutes best new artist? If their first project was released in 2016? Does that mean first ever project or could major label debut count? Also if this just limited to hip-hop or all genres?
Jan 9, 2017 Just newish, there's no strict guideline - just someone you think is coming up in the scene and I haven't really specified genres - I mean we're primarily a hip hop forum so I figured 90% of votes will be that anyway but feel free to vote for whoever
