    That'll be true if the rate at which we earn money was anywhere near close to the rate at which we spend it.

    Take Beyoncé. The most profitable artist thus far. Even at 30 mil income generated it'll take 8 days before she actually starts to become a profitable purchase.

    So as a whole we aren't generating money upon purchase. We're trying to make up the money we spent from purchasing an artist.

    We all started off at 250 million or 5.7 billion.

    When the cost of purchase surpasses the rate of income generated money becomes more important not less.

    Well other factors are contributing to that (mainly name recognition & overpaying).

    You're clearly wrong here. I don't see how you can argue this.

    Money doesn't become less valuable as you have less of it. If the rate at which we have spent money is more than the rate at which we generate it how can money become less valuable?

    My logic is infallible.
