    He said that peple should listen to it twice before saying it's Glenn. Seems like he know pretty well.. But could be his theory too, you're right

    It's hard to tell either way. But it's a man's voice and it was whispering. How many options does that leave us, really? Unless someone either took the walkie from Rick (why?) or took it from Glenn (more likely if it's not him)
