Dec 5, 2014 It's more of the channel it's airing on than opposed to the creators. Supernatural was a show only supposed to run for 5 seasons in a 5 season story arc. CW renewed it for season 6, the creator of the show left and it's since been in the hands of two other people. It's on season 10 now, and by what CW said a year or so ago they have no intentions of cancelling it. Same with AMC and The Walking Dead.
Dec 5, 2014 They've still stayed relatively faithful to the comic. Most of the major storylines are at least based on something from the comics. For example, The Hunters were changed to the people of Terminus. The recent hospital storyline is original though I think, so maybe it will veer further away from the comics as it goes. What direction the series will go and how it ends is all speculation really. Same with the spinoff and whether or not it will incorporate or borrow storylines from TWD comic as well.
Dec 5, 2014 I really want to see them k--- of a big character and continue the show, I think AMC and the writers are too p---- to do that tho. Darly, Rick, Carl & Glenn seem tho be off limits, I mean how many times has all 4 of those characters almost died but your at home watching like there not gonna k--- them off so why should I be worried?
Dec 5, 2014 With The Walking Dead it's hard to say, because they fired the creator after the first season, lol. It's really hard to tell how long Frank Darabont wanted the show to run. AMC will obviously let it run as long as they can. I could see them letting it run longer than ten seasons. Regardless if some of the actors and writers eventually want to leave.
Dec 5, 2014 They've stayed faithful, and also switched things around. That goes to show they have no problem switching up their game from the comics. They added the characters of Daryl and Merle, Dale got killed early on, so did Andrea. The Governors back story got changed, Terminus and the hospital storyline like you mentioned, upon other things that were not in the comic. They've tried it, know it worked and will continue to do so. In my opinion I can see them doing a full season that has nothing to do with the comics.
Dec 5, 2014 You read the comics? If not, I don't wanna spoil what happens to one of the members you mentioned.
Dec 5, 2014 don't read the comics, but If I had to guess it would be Glenn the dude should have died when he got swine flu in season 4.
Dec 6, 2014 Just got round to watching the final episode. Wasn't in any particular hurry, forgetting to unfollow the fb page was a giant kick in the balls for me. Decent mid season finale none the less. The events of said episode didn't really put me up or down tbh.
Dec 8, 2014 I f---ing loved everything about this scene. Just seeing rick back in a cop car sold it for me
Dec 8, 2014 This was his "Heisenberg" moment. Killing people is now acceptable, almost routine. Can't wait until February.
Dec 8, 2014 Agreed. That was a great moment for Rick. Remember that Randall kid from Season 2? Season 5 Rick wouldn't even have hesitated to k--- him.

Jan 9, 2015 Done a lot of binge watching through winter break.and finally caught up. d---. Seeing daryl break like that gave me goosebumps. I don't think I remember ever seeing him yell like that. I was so pissed though finding out about Judith. A small part of me is glad about what happened to Beth. she really made daryl go soft and now everyone's cautious about whether or not if it's really necessary to k--- a zombie. That annoys me.
Jan 9, 2015 Hands down the most talented actor the shows seen yet. I keep holding onto the idea they might have flashbacks or something so they can bring him back for a episode or two. That'd be awesome.
