Dec 17, 2017 It’s true.. It’s like everyone is so used to hearing Eminem now that when they do hear a good song from him like Castle and Arose they automatically call it 10/10 classic.. It’s like they forgot how great Eminem was back in the MMLP TES Devils Night 8 Mile Days... Eminem at his best now (Castle and Arose) would be below average songs when Em was like in his prime.. Just go listen to those albums.. He’s just on a whole another level back then.. He’s like Michael Jordan.. Best ever on the Bulls.. But when he came back as a Wizard he still was good and dropping 20 a game but he wasn’t the same MJ who would drop 50 on ya and talk s--- while doing it.. Em still drops quality music but it just isn’t the same anymore..
Dec 17, 2017 "Believe" and a few others are imo. But I don't agree with your original statement - saying something is 10/10 doesn't mean it's automatically compared to those other songs you mention. There's different kind of 10s. Because "Believe" isn't trying to be "Lose Yourself" for example. But it can still be 10/10 for what IT IS. Just like you could have a 10/10 horror film or comedy, but then you respond like SO YOU'RE SAYING IT'S BETTER THAN GOODFELLAS?... And it's like... No, they're different things. It's just top-notch and near flawless for what IT is.
Dec 17, 2017 You could definitely make the case for Castle & Aroae to be 10/10. Everything about them tracks contain that classic Eminem storytelling that we seem to not get as much with his recent work.

Dec 17, 2017 There is quite a few songs on the album better than Beautiful & Mockingbird. Those 2 are not classics. Beautiful's hook is corny. In Your Head,Castle,Arose just 3 that are better. Bad Husband might be better too.
