May 17, 2016 Seems obvious in hindsight--honestly, seemed obvious at the time--that I'm Up and SS3 should have been combined.
May 17, 2016 sadly yes, they see the nerd with like 40k posts and think his opinion has some sort of authority, it's ok though I'm trying to change that
May 17, 2016 you made a post about his this is one of ur favorite albums ever like 2.5 days after it came out lol
May 17, 2016 and this somehow makes you less of a r-----? wrong amongst my favorite hip hop projects I said, and how tf is this even... you're just trolling and dickriding in denial, be grateful Thug got a feature on one of the greatest mixtapes ever recorded
May 17, 2016 dont think anyone ever disagreed with this troup, slime s---, digits being on one project is a no brainier
May 17, 2016 i understand narsh tho..he feels chance is coming for thugger and he has to protect the pride
May 17, 2016 I'n not sure. I prefer ss3. But I'm Up is a project that is a grower which gets better over time like B6. While ss3 is a more instant project that maybe with some hasn't as much replay value.
May 17, 2016 they have almost nothing to do with each other except that kanye is using both to gain some sort of creative spark
May 17, 2016 I wouldn't limit this project to "happy rap". It seems bittersweet. There's a strong under current of melancholia propelled by the pursuit of happiness that I'm not sure is really attained. As for I'm Up / SS3 the releases felt like a targeted move by the label to condition his fan base into purchasing his music instead of just expecting it for free.
May 17, 2016 thug washed chance while chance delivered a bad verse tryina sound like thug yachty washed chance too
May 17, 2016 nah hes just like..idk..not able to find a middle ground between doing whatever the f--- he wants and what he thinks people want to hear from him i have some thoughts but they arent fully formed rn. im not saying he fell off or anything
