That's besides the point of people being held to a certain standard of defending their opinions

Making the sweeping statements people like Jay Daniels do and acting as if you're just right is a 5th grade mentality

If my REASONING ever seems bias and anything but objective/backed by evidence, people should definitely feel free to call me out as well

I f---ing love the album. It's the first I've really listened to Young Thug, aside from one or two songs that friends would have on in the background. I don't really find him that hard to understand - but I do have to pay closer attention than usual to pick up on s---. Gonna have to refrain from the conversation for a while cause it's still pretty new to me. Intrigued atm - certainly one of the more interesting artists working today.

You can definitely hear Wayne/Future influence, but Young Thug is doing something new with it.

I don't get how dismissive people are. "Wtf, this isn't anything like what I already know is good. f--- THIS I won't listen anymore."

Most of the things I love now, I hated the first time I heard them. I kept giving them a chance.

    I hate rigid music fans.

Sorry for having a strong opinion on Young Thug's music. You can't think of an artist you hate? Obviously I didn't sweep him automatically without listening to his music at some stage first. GOMD.

I don't have the time to go into detail about Young Thug. If I had to though I could review a handful of his lame a--- songs for you. Starting with 2 b------s aka Danny Glover and "Eww" is it? Does it sound like i'm ignoring his music without precedent? I've heard enough from this guy.

I may have grown out of it too but I didn't graduate to Young Thug lmao. :laff:

I graduated to Kendrick Lamar and J Cole.

I thought Chance was annoying as f--- when I first heard him. But I heard talent and potential so I kept giving it a chance (no pun intended). I don't hear talent in Young Thug. Not any.

I'd give anything for the chance to punch @Narsh @CoCo and @WPG in the face for never getting off my d-ck with the tags.

Learning that music didn't have to be deep or "complex" to be amazing - and that "substance" often used as a crutch - was one of the most important things I ever learned as a rap fan, if we're being honest.

Yeah, well that's why i'm a Drake fan. But I don't go as ignorant as a Young Thug fan.

So "ignorant" music can't be GREAT?

There's hella ignorant music that is great but it has to be written well. Young Thug is just trash, accept it.
