    new English was lackluster af but like you said I can see why people like it I also think we just heard some rushed bs with that project and the real s--- is still to come I mean the man put out a 15 second complex verse and so many people went out of there way to remix it Desiigner isn't a one hit wonder I think he has potential and is cooking up something panda level

    This is a good write up but imo Desiigner manages to mix those influences and produce a more cohesive but at the same time hyperbolic sound

    Is there room for improvement? Sure... But he's already getting there and that's really impressive

    His songwriting skills are fantastic and he's working with some of the best rap producers in the industry, so I'm expecting great things

    Also we only got like 7 "finished" songs, Mike Dean might be holding him back :emoji_slight_frown:

    Thug is fantastic, but I already said that Sidney is 19 and we'll see what his future holds.

    Can we stop grouping a future GOAT and Desiigner together tho? Mark my words, Sidney will never release a project as great as Barter 6

    Really wish Sidney was a better writer tbh. The clone thing can be overlooked because good music is good music. But he seriously needs to work on his pen game, especially hooks

    BC said it best when he said that if you liked this tape, you should check out some of the newer artists coming out of Chicago, mainly Herb. Herb is an incredible rapper at only the age of 20 and has 3 projects out and a bunch of loosies all over.
