Top 5 Scariest films to me..
    1. The Exorcist
    2. The Shining
    3. Pet Semetary
    4. A Nightmare on Elm Street (Original)
    5. The Conjuring

Horror and Scary doesn't mean the same thing to me.. so my top 5 "Horror" will look like this..

    1. Halloween
    2. Night of The Living Dead (1968)
    3. Let the Right One in
    4. The Texas Chainsaw Massacre
    5. Friday The 13th

I could probably sit here and make a top 50 on both lists, but..nah I won't do that..lol

Yea, Evil Dead (remake) was more of "Gore Horror" than "Scary Horror".. Scary & Horror isn't the same thing to me, there's Horror films that aren't scary at all.

Great lists. And yeah it's hard to narrow it down with so many great ones. Have you seen the US version of Let Me In as well?

I think I have seen bits and pieces of it.. I'm not sure if I seen it in full yet. I may have to check out a torrent later.. I was just thinking about that film last week actually.

Yeah it's pretty good. A lot of american remakes are a lot worse than the original but I really liked this one
