Yall just ain't up on Toro Y Moi.

Looking back, there's a lot of screw ups with Rodeo. Never Catch Me from like 2014 was perfect and should have stayed the intro. Antidote shouldn't have even been a thing. Lean shouldn't have been snubbed off a song he co-produced. Fiya should've gone to this and not Metro's tape that'll never come out.

I agree that its a dope song but it was sremm karaoke and everyone involved knew it that's why it was released on soundcloud for free only to be added to rodeo so they could profit off the radio plays. And if he continues his swae lee impersonations into BITTSM it's safe to say it changed his career for the worst.

lol who tf gives a s--- if it's a swae lee rip off or what process they went through to make it. At the end of the day, it's a dope song and that's all that matters. One of the better songs of off Rodeo as well.

I'm making a point about how the tracklist is iffy, something that's been a pretty well-agreed-upon flaw from stans and haters alike. Antidote was a dope loosie, but doesn't fit on rodeo (you can tell they literally just threw it right in the middle) and detracts from the overall experience imo.

tbh I think it fits the tracklist p nicely. If anything piss on your grave feels more awkwardly thrown in than antidote. Up till POYG the overall sound of the album was pretty consistent and stuck to one them. If you think about it Antidote after Nightcrawler followed by impossible would be such a dope cohesive stretch on its ownbut POYG ruins that immersion and cohesion for the whole album

Well see I thought Antidote to Impossible was as trash a sequence as POYG to Antidote, and that's not me hopping on the bandwagon (cuz I know it may seem that way) I've had a custom reordered tracklist of rodeo since week 1.

And overall I feel like what rodeo lacked that days didn't was the rodeo sound... Other than drunk, I can tell, and a few others it was like rae Sremmurd song here weeknd song here other rae Sremmurd song here toro Y moi song here and even some of the original true-to-form rodeo tracks such as never catch me are way way worse than the original versions. Imo DBR->Rodeo is analogous to IYRT-Views, semi-original and rly appealing mixtape and then the album is basically the mixtape with more pop s--- thrown in. That being said rodeo is miles ahead of views quality wise but it wasn't what it could/should have been.
