    I want to believe that last part, but we'll have to wait and see. I personally think he might end up more as a Cudi type than a Kanye type (meaning not game changing but still new and innovative)

    Skr8up probably said that, but that's a dumb a--- comparison. There's no way that this is going to sound like a Melvins or Pixies record and my heart tells me that if Kurt, Krist, and Dave produced it (as ludicrous as that sounds) , that's what it would sound like.

    I think what was trying to be said was that it sounds infused with grunge

    Speaking of MOTM3...I wonder if we'll get that before Rodeo. They both seem equally mysterious (Cudi's more-so due to the lack of snippets)...but will both probably be great.

    I REALLY hope MOTM3 doesn't come out first cuz if it does, Travis bout to stop what he doing and change everything to be more like whatever sound is in store on MOTM3

    Good call! I'd say I'm almost equally pumped for MOTM3, though. Well...excited for Rodeo the most, but Kanye's album and MOTM3 aren't far from that.

    It's been a minute since ive anticipated a Cudi project..love his first 2 albums and his mixtape..really good chill music..also loved the darker aspects of it as well

    Can't comment on that seeing as I haven't heard any of the new s---, but I doubt it. The closest that he's gotten to Nirvana is the message on Zombies and the depressing subject matter/drawl on DYSTI. Now, if he can combine those, we're in for a treat but it's still not going to sound grunge without heavy distorted guitar and that drawl/screaming 24/7

    I wasn't a big fan of SF and Indicud was alright-pretty good, imo. I loved the first two MOTM's and I think he'll try to really blow everyone away with the 3rd to continue the title's legacy.
    Edit: At least I hope, but I could be over-hyping myself.

    I tried listening to his last 2 projects and was severely let down by them..hard to understand such a huge difference in quality but it happens to the best of them. Hopefully he's able to redeem himself
