    The two sports emphasis different types of athletes.

    Rugby plays in bursts of speed and power while footy plays on endurance and aerial contests.

    I like both I'm just sensitive of football being slandered pls stop before I shed real tears brah. :wow2:

    I'm not slandering at this point tbh. Footy players are so fit and athletic, don't get me wrong I have a lot of respect for them as athletes.

    Karmichael Hunt easily. He even kicked a game winner.



    Folau was a total failure. He showed promise in the reserves for GWS but when it came to the big time he was a big sack of spuds.

    Well Falou is a fantastic rugby league player and a genuinely good-great rugby union player.

    Hunt was also a great league player and a decent rugby player but not the rugby player Falou is.

    Yeah I'm aware of Folau's stature in rugby. He was meant to be a monster (theoretically) in AFL just due to size and athletic prowess but he didn't have the footy nous to play.

    Australian media overrates Falou like crazy though. There is dozens of better players around the world and Australia has had better fullbacks in the past.
