May 8, 2017 Always wondered why confederate sympathisers are so patriotic to the United States, their sworn enemies. The Republican party no less. Is there some gap in American history I'm not aware of or what's the deal here? 9/11 was the biggest blow to the Union since the civil war and if these confederate hicks had any balls or self awareness they'd have taken the enemy of my enemy is my friend approach. But seriously are they just stupid or what am I missing
May 8, 2017 The Republican Party co-opted the south in the 60s & 70s during the initiation of the Southern Strategy... Then they co-opted Patriotism between the Reagan and Bush years... Now there is a weird overlap that doesn't make sense. Democrats general don't worship flags.
May 8, 2017 Lol. Some of the Trump supporters who were in Berkeley fighting Antifa the last couple of months and are against the Confederate (North Virginia Battle) Flag fought some Trump supporters who were in Berkeley fighting Antifa the last couple of months and are for the Confederate (North Virginia Battle) Flag.
