Politifact is a totally biased website run by Soros and the liberals. They twist Trump's statements like Pretzels.

You know it was pretty ironic that Jason Chaffetz and Trey Gowdy, the two most anti-Trump Republicans found the p--- and the emails on Weiner's computer and that made Comey investigate Hillary again and possibly tipped over the election. God bless those two men and God bless President Trump!

I'm inclined to like TrumpCare. Rand Paul doesn't like it cos it's not conservative enough, but I think to unite people, it's good it's kind of a compromise so liberals will like it too

I'm putting it's chances of passage at like 5%. (edit: in the senate)

Passing the house.... probably 45%. But - in the era of Trump - I've been wrong more than often than I like lol.

No I think you've hit the nail on the head. The House isn't as difficult a hurdle as the Senate - I read today that in the House, they only expect 10-12 Republicans to vote against it and they can afford something like 20. I have no idea if that's an accurate whip count, but it wouldn't surprise me if enough arms are twisted to get it through

Senate though....just not sure how it's mathematically possible at this point, right? There are what, like, 4-6 GOPers who won't stand for repeal of Medicaid expansion. There are at least 2-3 who won't stand for anything outside of full repeal. They can't lose more than 2 people, period. How do you make that math add up?

Never say never, Obamacare looked like it was dead about 10 times before it passed. But the GOP is much more fractured in 2017 than the Dems were in 2009, and they've got slimmer margins to work with in the Senate

RE: House whip --- I mean, Ill never discount the GOP's ability to convince themselves of anything politically - and as you know this debate is purely political, not about policy. (the underlining issue - in case any of you savvy adults care to grasp - imo is that health care.... was never a republican cause. thats not partisanship, its just not rly something theyve historically shown an interest in prioritizing. one of the many reasons why, compounded with their aca outrage, this is such a mess)

BUT - you think about the freedom caucus having ~29 members. then 25 or so gop members who represent Hillary districts (which presumably dont like trump).... how many of them buck leadership? particuarly given all the groups - conservative, industry - who are coming out so far. i find it difficult to see the confidence lol.

RE: Senate -- my hopeeeee is that - flatly - the Planned Parenthood cause is enough to lose Collins and Murkowski. Especially coupled with their disdain for the Med expansion reversal. What was funny about Shelley Moore Capito is she signed the letter, but upon seeing Ryan's bill, started saying "well... it's in the right direction." Bc her residents will lose coverage in 3 years versus now? lol. classic tbh. "capito capitulating" is how i put it on twitter (a great place to discuss issues imo)

So yeah. I think your science is right re: their fractured caucus v what Reid/Pelosi did in 2010. It's still ~early -- and who knows how cowardly the GOP will turn out to be, if this is their sole chance. Profile in Courage time, for real. 2 senators and ~22 congressmen, whew.

Thought this was real till the end, just seems like a little too over the top or a little too obvious, I dunno, could be legit though.

Skip out on work without giving notice, you should be fired. The only possible expectations would be family emergencies or something like that, even then you'd likely have time for a quick phone call or text to let work know.

Trump adding that "you pay your taxes" line to his speeches now that it came out that he paid so much taxes so it's sincere sounding from him
