    as trump settled down and got serious, he started to lose his lead. the debate has been meh in general and whomever you were voting for at the start, you're gonna be voting for in the end. but i think trump led the first 1/3 and hillary took the last 2/3s.

    Kind of. Violent crime has fallen greatly in the U.S. since the 90's when violent crime peaked in the U.S. The FBI just put out a report today though that murderers rose in the U.S. sharply in 2015. Still even with that rise, 2015 is still the 3rd lowest year in terms of violent crime in the past 15 years.

    She came through from the middle-end imo. I was worried in the beginning because Trump was doing a good job of framing her as a untrustworthy politician and that he is somehow different.

    Stop and Frisk didn't work. That was one of the biggest problems with it besides the racial aspect of it. His comments about it were straight out of the Giuliani and Bloomberg playbook.

    Hillary did a lot better than I expected, Trump started out hot but then fell off hard.

    Hillary won this one for sure.

    Trump was having a pretty good 20 min at the start, both of them were about even on the race/law issues as far as making their cases known and defense (Hillary admitted that stop & frisk did contribute to how crime decreased over the years) but his lack of specifying his "stop & frisk" action to be in only what he believes to be "dangerous areas"/NATO/Iraq War/Sean Hannity/"Why not?" remarks were cringe & where he lost it. Hillary's cocky attitude came back too. Trump isn't good at defending himself but he seemed a lot more comfortable as a debater than Hillary. All in all there were no winners here.
