What will happen is the police will target certain dealers or people they just don’t personally like just to try and get them the death penalty. We already have a huge problem with police planting guns and drugs on people. Just imagine a few police throwing a tiny bag of fentanyl in someone’s vehicle just to get them the death penalty because they hold a personal grudge against the person. There’s already too many false convictions. This will only make things worse the more I think about it.

Mar 20, 2018 How am i dismissive of anything? Its pretty cut and dry. If you are buying and consuming drugs, you are actively saying that you are aware of the consequences by using them. Their problems have nothing to do with it, neither do the dealers involved.
