Jul 13, 2016 Joey Bada$$ in this still got me laughing they just introduced him outta nowhere and he just happens to eat 3 meals a day with Elliot for some reason
Jul 13, 2016 Nice interview between Robert Downey Jr. and Rami Malek http://www.interviewmagazine.com/culture/rami-malek-1/#page2 Also that Smart House scene was genuinely creepy. Also the fact that fsociety's own Mobley is the f---ing IT OF EVIL CORP
Jul 14, 2016 Love this show so much, decided to pirate the pilot on a whim and binge watched it all yesterday. So many amazing scenes, but honestly the most intense scene to me was when Joanna (Tyrell's ex wife) met Elliott outside of her place, that s--- was BRAZY. Like she's crazy weird, I hope we find out more about her and the backstory cause it feels like she was conducting alot of what Tyrell was doing.
Jul 14, 2016 She's definitely brazy. So much to unfold with her history as well as Tyrell. Gonna watch part two of the premiere soon once it finishes downloading.
Jul 14, 2016 d--- that was crazy @Ordinary Joel @Maximus when Elliott started laughing s--- was crazy weird; never seen him like that before
Jul 14, 2016 i wasn't either, but i saw it coming the second he said thank you and that he'd be a hero
Jul 15, 2016 I binged the entire first season in like two days. This show is incredible. One of my favorite scenes is when Tyrell chokes that b---- on the roof, cause of the music. Great music. Love the "Where is My Mind" piano cover that plays when Elliot shows the Arcade to Tyrell. Major Fight Club reference. I've been reading that a lot of people think that Elliot's "regimen" is actually him in Prison or some insane asylum. I gotta say, the biggest surprise is that this s--- is on USA. Such a s--- network tbh. But it's amazing, and has kept me fascinated. I hope Vera shows back up. He was so evil, but such a great character. He was always straight up with Elliott tho. I just realized I've been spelling Elliott's name two different ways, and I'm too indifferent/lazy to change one to the other. Oh well.
Jul 15, 2016 Honestly though, ,the most confusing scene to me was the drug den scene when Mr. Robot took Elliot to get heroin... WTF was that s---? I think it was a dream. Also fun fact, when Joanna is talking to Elliot, she says something in Danish I think, and there's no subtitles, but Elliot says, "I'm sorry, I can't understand you." What she says is "If you hurt him, I'll beat you to death." Also, Whiterose is a cool character, but why he dressed like a chick in the first meeting? So weird. This n----- really going all out to avoid detection, he even got t-ts.
Jul 15, 2016 I was thinking, could that guy have been a part of fsociety or hired by fsociety to do the job? Gideon was gonna go to the feds and reveal Elliot so it's interesting... Yeah I have a feeling Vera will pop up again as well.
Jul 15, 2016 Yeah, and when Ray's talking to Elliot, and he realizes that Mr. Robot has been active during the time he thought he was asleep, Mr. Robot could've done ANYTHING including marking Gideon for death. It's sad Gideon died, cause I remember Elliot saying that when he hacked Gideon, what he found was a truly honest person. But that's how you get killed on TV lol. Being dishonest gets your a--- to the series finale, unless you ready to k--- for it. Also, I hope you're right about Vera. He was just a spectacular character. That prison escape scene is one of my favorites from any show. Elliot releases every inmate and watches Vera have his own brother executed right in front of him, but I think Elliot knew that would happen. Mr. Robot told him subconciously (sp?) that there was no way out of that situation with him/Shayla/Darlene all living. He was right. Also, I kinda think the creator doesn't care about being predictable, and I sorta respect it. He's telling a great story, and I, like many others, saw the "twist" concerning Elliot being Mr. Robot coming from like Episode 2. I noticed that when Elliot and MR were in the same room as F Society, the rest of the characters hardly paid any attention to MR. Only when he was alone with them would they address him, and later you realize it was actually Elliot the whole time. Hardcore biting Fight Club, but it's a great movie, so bite the f--- out of it. One of my friends asked me to describe this show, and my summary was Fight Club meets The Matrix lol.
Jul 15, 2016 Elliot's split personality is dangerous as f---. Probably my favourite episode that. It really did make for some gripping drama. I remember watching and hoping like h--- that Shayla was still alive but Vera was just too brutal. Killing his own brother was cold blooded man. Yep Esmail has made it known he doesn't mind being called derivative, both in terms of the Fight Club comparisons as well as the Tyrell/Bateman from American Psycho comparisons.
Jul 15, 2016 Seems like Shayla was too "grounding" of a character for Elliot to keep around. You could tell he actually cared about her judging by their phone call before he realized she was missing. I liked her. Too bad for her, so did Vera. That fool r---d her and put her in the tub so he could smoke dope in her living room lol. My brother put me on this show man, I'm glad he did, cause with GOT all wrapped up for this season, and a lot of other shows I watch dwindling in quality, this is a breath of fresh air. Hope it receives some recognition for it... And stays relative enough for the story to play out. Sometimes it doesn't matter how good a show is, if no one's watching it.
Jul 15, 2016 Also, is Darlene's friend Cisco, the Dark Army contact, the same guy that hacks Angela's BF with that malicious CD. Hilarious that he sold that CD to him btw.. 20 bucks and the dude hacks his f---ing bank account and gets nudes of his girlfriend. I think he is cause it seems like he used his influence to help guide Elliot to the meeting with Whiterose through Ollie and the hard drives or w/e. But I'm not sure.
