    Sorry, this isn't Worldstar. Anybody who has been watching the sport for more than a week knows Aldo deserves the rematch.

    Problem with the rematch is you can't rely on Aldo. Frankie deserves the title shot, obviously, but Connor may choose to jump up to lightweight.

    Frankie in my opinion is the toughest matchup for Connor in that division, and I would love to see him jump weight class to lightweight where there is much steeper competition.

    Aldo just got knocked out in 13 seconds lol. Edgar just KO'd Mendes in the first round. But the loser deserves the rematch? Haha putrid :lmaooo:

    Aldo's not getting a rematch because McGregor's moving up to become a 2 division champion in 2 fights.

    It is really dumb to compare other fights to one another, when there are so many factors going into each fight. Aldo most certainly deserves a rematch.

    Aldo has beaten everybody in the division for the past decade, including Edgar. He's probably faced the toughest competition within that time of anybody active. Mendes is 0-4 against the top 3 people in the division btw. Go play Madden kiddo.

    Sorry but getting KO'd in 13 seconds is embarrassing and past accomplishments don't warrant a rematch. If the fight had been a war THEN he got KO'd late in the fight then a rematch would make sense :mynig2:

    McGregor is my favorite (active) fighter but I don't like his chances at LW tbh. Those boys up there are big

    I'm definitely interested in seeing him fight people his own size. I really don't think Aldo has much to offer him.

    According to the post-fight presser, Dana White said either McGregor/Edgar or McGregor/dos Anjos or Cerrone is up next.

    What a dirty move. I should have remembered C.R.E.A.M. Here's to watching Ronda and Cain get flushed in their respective rematches while Aldo chills in a division that he cleaned out years ago :emoji_beer:
